Session Details:


Outdoor sessions are my preferred sessions as natural light is so beautiful to work with. I can travel to your destination of choice. It could be a great scenic park or lake, or a fun urban shoot in Cedar Rapids. My sessions are carefree and fun. I want to capture you and your children in your natural state. The point is to relax and have a great time and the images will be perfect. If you are unsure of where you would like to do your photo shoot, I have some great places to recommend. I am sure we can find a terrific spot not too far from your home.



What to Wear:

I recommend that you wear something comfortable yet stylish. For family portraits make sure that everyone coordinates, but also shows their individual personality. Stay away from logos and busy patterns, but a pop of color can add visual interest to your photo. Think about where you will be placing your photos and what colors would look best in that room. I am always happy to give wardrobe suggestions if needed.


Fees


A deposit fee of $100 is due at time of booking. Your deposit will be applied to your package fee which is due at the portrait session. Sessions take place at an outside location of client's choosing, or in photographer's studio during winter months. I will be happy to suggest favorite parks with beautiful scenery and lighting. Session fee includes the photographer’s time, talent, professional editing of the images, and preparation of the proofs for online viewing. Session fee does not include prints or other products.  Full payment is due at the photo session.

Image Access


Dependent on the portrait package chosen, a predetermined number of images from the session will be selected and professionally edited by the photographer and will be available via digital Dropbox gallery. The digital Dropbox gallery will be open for 14 full days from the time of posting. You can request to re-open the gallery for a $25 fee for an additional 7 days.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Photographer. All images are protected by copyright laws and regulations. CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions by parties other than Photographer. Images for social network sharing may not be printed and all watermarks must remain unaltered. 

Risks



I assume all risk and responsibilities of participating in this photograph session. I release Emily Wadsley and emily elaine photography of any liability of personal injury that may occur during our photograph session. I knowingly and fully accept all risks associated with this activity. If participant is a minor this must be completed by parent or guardian.
